MOORESVILLE, N.C. — The Nitro Karting section of our website has been updated as of July 2023.
The Gears page now reflects all of our current options on sprockets — the Nitro/Xcel 4-bolt, the Extra Small 4-bolt and the 219 and #35 6-bolt.
Our misc. karting products page has been updated to reflect current Nitro Karting products we continue to manufacturer comprising plastic gear guards, non-floating hubs for different axle diameters, toe plates, nose nuts and carbon fiber catch cans.
The Trailer Accessories and Kart Stands pages are still active and have remained mostly unchanged.

To purchase Nitro Karting gears, gear guards, non-floating hubs, nose nuts and catch cans, contact a dealer that carries our products. If you do not have a preferred dealer, perform an internet search (Google or other) with “Nitro karting” or “Nitro Mfg karting” in the search and you’ll find multiple online stores that carry our products.
If you’re interested in placing an order for kart stands, toe plates or trailer accessories, contact Dick Timmons at dick@nitromfg.com or call 704-663-3155 between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Lead times on these products vary during the year.
Dealer inquiries are welcome. A minimum order will be due in order to become a Nitro Karting dealer.
